​​Yogic Counselling or Vedic Counselling is a holistic model focused on transformation and Self-Realisation. When the Self/Soul is honoured, and personal difficulties are examined with an aware-mind and open-heart, 'Ego' based problems lose their emotional weight and a Dharmic path becomes clear.
Vedic principles are rooted in the enduring wisdom of the cosmic mind and show us how to live in harmony with all of life. One can learn Vedic teachings for lifetimes but real change and peace comes only from integrating these teachings into daily life - this can be difficult especially when it comes to breaking karmic patterns.
With the incorporation of traditional counselling and psychotherapy a safe space is created to enquire, explore and transform. Yogic counselling is suitable those who are ready to let go of old patterns and the burden of the ego.

Ayurveda

Yoga meditation is a practice which connects us to our higher-self and the true essence behind all of life. ​Meditation sessions are aimed at supporting you to develop and deepen your meditation practice and anchor it as part of your daily life. In personal mediation sessions we will weave together philosophies and techniques to work through challenges and provide personal guidance in the art of meditation.

Yoga Asana
Asana refers to the physical postures of Yoga. There are many benefits attributed to Yoga Asana including building strength and flexibility, releasing tension and emotional blockages, developing willpower, promoting relaxation and improving your relationship with your body. Individual yoga classes provide an opportunity to personalise your yoga practice, build confidence in attending group sessions, and use yoga as therapy.
