Service Description

This program includes 10, 2hr sessions and incorporating counselling, mediation, Ayurvedic lifestyle practices and ritual to support you to develop your awareness and deepen your commitment to Self and your spiritual path. Through incorporating the Yoga sciences with counselling modalities, ritual and relaxation you will be supported to transform and integrate to bring deep and lasting change. Included in this package is access to my yoga classes at no cost during the 10 weeks of the program.
